These images were made with my Nikon D810 camera and my
Zeiss 50mm f/1.4 Planar T* manual focus lens.
Supposed to be an another oppressively hot day in the city (111 degrees)
so headed out to the coast. The three capes were socked in (of course)
but at least it was cool. Cape Kiwanda was already packed with
mask wearing ding dongs at 08:00 and no place to park. Not that there was
any decent photo ops for tea kettle rock anyway. So on to Newport.

Pictures of the mostly socked in Cape Meares lighthouse. I hoped to
capture a "dreamy", mystical look.
